ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

Divine Consistency collections are released in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in the event of an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraudulent transaction, or other issue preventing us from fulfilling the order.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at checkout. Applicable taxes will be calculated as required.

FINAL SALE

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges except when an item received is incorrect or defective, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY

Orders are currently available through local pickup and limited local delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can coordinate fulfillment. Additional details are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

BRAND & CONTENT

Divine Consistency, our logos, designs, product photography, graphics, and original content may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated as Divine Consistency grows or our shop practices change. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
